Refund policy

Teams and leagues set their own dues and fees, and the money goes straight to them, so refunds are theirs to give: ask your team's manager or your league.

• A card or bank payment made through Stripe can be refunded by whoever was paid. It goes back to the card or bank account it came from.
• Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash and check refunds happen outside League Crest, between you and whoever you paid. They record the refund here.
• If you dispute a card payment with your bank, Stripe handles it with whoever was paid.

League Crest is free while it's in testing. When team and league plans go on sale, this page will say how refunds for them work.
