League Crest Sign in

Terms of service

Last updated October 31, 2026.

Draft: this hasn't been reviewed by a lawyer yet, and may change before launch.

These terms are the agreement between you and League Crest ("we") for using League Crest, on the web and in the apps. Using it means you agree to them. Questions go to hello@leaguecrest.com.

Using it

  • You have to be at least 13, and old enough where you live to agree to these terms.
  • You sign in with codes or links sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what's done from your account.
  • If you add people to a roster or league, you're responsible for what you enter about them and for having their OK to add it.

What you post

What you post (chat messages, photos, messages to a team or league) stays yours. You let us store it and show it to the people it's meant for, to run the service. Don't post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or that isn't yours to share. We can remove what breaks these terms, and suspend or close accounts that do.

Payments between teams, players, leagues and officials

Dues, fees and pay go straight to whoever is owed. We're not a party to them and never hold the money. Card and bank payments go through Stripe, to the Stripe account of the league, team or official being paid, and people who take payments that way agree to Stripe's terms for their account. Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, cash and checks happen outside League Crest, which only records them. Questions about what you owe, and refunds, are between you and whoever you paid: see the refund policy.

Texts

If you turn texts on, we text you about your team's games and messages: reminders you can answer with IN or OUT, game changes, and notices of new messages. How often varies with your season. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop them and HELP for help. Carriers aren't liable for texts that are delayed or don't arrive.

The service

We work to keep League Crest running and accurate, but it's provided as it is, and schedules, scores and balances are only as right as what people enter. We can change or stop features. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we change these terms, we'll post the changes here and update the date, and tell you by email when a change matters.
